Service income minus product expenses does not equal profit. Their is alot of misinformation in the salon industry surrounding finances. We are creative souls, most of us didn't become a business owner because we LOVE staring at numbers and spreadsheets. 

Here's the thing, knowledge is power. If you know your numbers, you can direct your numbers. 

Even if at this class you look at your numbers and realize you're in the red, that is a starting place. We can work with that, we can grow from that, we can change that. 

If you're in the red and refuse to investigate the root cause, your business is slowly dying. 

We're not accountants, and though we do our own bookkeeping we are not bookkeepers. The language and delivery of this class will be friendly for both new business owners and those of us that have been in the game a minute.
