We created our rental model to support independent professionals who value both autonomy and connection, a space where separate businesses can grow alongside one another while sharing a commitment to professionalism, collaboration, and exceptional client care.

Rather than assigning permanent stations, Kris & Kierst operates on a shared-station model designed to foster both flexibility and community.

Renters choose a consistent schedule of 3–7 days per week within our operating hours of 6 AM–8 PM. A workstation will be available on each of your rental days, while designated lockers and storage areas allow you to securely store your supplies between visits.

This structure allows professionals to rent only the time they need while contributing to a shared environment where everyone has a role in maintaining the space and supporting the culture.

For those who prefer a dedicated station, full-time rental options are available through a seven-day commitment.

ADDITIONAL RENTAL OPPORTUNITIES

In addition to our salon stations, we offer a private treatment room ideal for massage therapists, estheticians, permanent makeup artists, and other wellness professionals.

The room follows the same flexible rental structure, allowing practitioners to reserve the days they need while growing their business at their own pace.
